Easy Buildings proudly delivers an exceptional range of quality permanent, semi-permanent & temporary buildings right across the United Kingdom mainland.

Express Delivery: order by 1pm for Express Delivery (available at checkout for selected items). If express delivery is available, you will be presented with the option at the checkout. Please note this excludes weekends.

Free Delivery: available on certain orders to mainland UK. Goods are usually dispatched within 7-14 working days

Standard Delivery: goods usually dispatched within 7-14 working days

What is kerbside delivery?

Easy Buildings Group use a number of third party carriers for delivery of our ‘large items’ as well as our fleet of dedicated vehicles. Free delivery includes delivery to the kerbside immediately adjacent to the carriers vehicle. Most carriersregard inside delivery as an extra service and as such this is not included with the free delivery option. It may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home. This is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as couriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block.

What is two man delivery?

This service is available for large items. Subject to good and safe access, the carrier will place the product in the ground floor room of your choice. Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes steps that are immediately outside the premises and are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.

Other delivery information

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK Islands may incur an additional charge and take longer. This includes postcodes beginning AB30, AB31, AB33. AB34, AB35, AB44, AB45, AB51, AB52, AB53 and AB54.

Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are UK and respective Country Bank Holidays. Please also allow additional days in extreme/uncontrollable circumstances i.e. extreme weather conditions etc.

Next day delivery excludes those products delivered directly from the manufacturer.

While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products on time, we cannot accept liability for any incidental expenses caused by late, failed or damaged deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods or any loss of earnings.

Returns and Refunds Information

We hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind and wish to return anything bought from us we’ll be happy to refund or exchange goods you have purchased from us online within 14 days of delivery providing:

1. The goods you want to return are unopened, unused and in a fully resalable condition.

2. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and provide proof of return or we can arrange collection which will be chargeable at a minimum cost of £50 which may vary dependent upon your location and product type.

3. Goods should be returned to us at Returns Department, Easy Buildings Group, Merchant House, 44 Berth, Port of Tilbury, Essex RM18 7HP with proof of purchase and your order details.

4. You must notify us by email at accounts@easybuildings.co.uk if you need to return prior to returning them.

5. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

6. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase or PayPal account.

7. If the goods you return are not in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the goods.

8. The non resalable items are the following:

– Made to measure or bespoke products which have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.

– Perishable goods.

– Any product with a short shelf life or sell by date.

– Specially obtained/ordered goods.

– Crates & boxes which have been opened.

– Cementitious goods (eg. cement).

– Goods that have been fitted/installed.

– Any goods which have become mixed inseparably with other items/other orders after their delivery.

Due to the nature of these goods unless they are faulty, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Cancellation Rights

1. You can cancel any on-line order (excluding bespoke or made to measure products) and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) by e-mailing accounts@easybuildings.co.uk (including order number, post code and telephone number) or by post to Returns Department, Easy Buildings Group, Merchant House, 44 Berth, Port of Tilbury, Essex RM18 7HP at any time before the product is dispatched.

2. Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible, and no later than, the earlier of 14 days after our receipt of the returned Products, or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the Products to us. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.

3. Please note that if you cancel an order after the Product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost, and this must be within a 14 days period from receiving the goods. Items that are excluded from refunds, are listed above in Returns.

Age Policy

By placing your order you are confirming that you are 18 years old or older. This is because some goods have a minimum legal age limit. All deliveries must be signed for by a person who is over the age of 18. If we cannot deliver to you because there is no one available to sign for the goods we will ask you to rearrange delivery but we may need to make a charge for re- delivery. If no one is available to accept re-delivery we may cancel your order, deduct the delivery charges and refund the balance of your money.
